At Central Jersey Neurology Associates, P.A., our primary purpose is to provide quality, professional neurological services to our patients. To achieve this, each physician and staff member makes every effort to give conscientious and thorough care to our patients in a courteous and prompt manner.

These services include online appointment scheduling, access to medical records, medication renewals, and more.

Important Information:

2.     Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to update your chart.  New Patients arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, 15 minutes in advance if ALL the new patient paperwork has been download from our website and filled out.  

3.     If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.  A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments. 

4.     You are responsible for referrals.  Please make sure they are up to date, if you show for appointment without out referral to appointment you may be asked to reschedule for next available appointment. 

5.     Please make sure you have an up to date medication list at each appointment.

6.     Bring any results / films to be reviewed, with you to the appointment.     

7.     Make sure you have a method of payment at the time of your visit.  Payments are expected at the time of service.         

8.     We ask that you refrain from use of perfumes, colognes, and scented lotions on the day of your visit as some of our patients have medical problems that react negatively to these types of products. Thank you for your consideration of others.
